About

Felicity Doyle is a Neuroenergetic Kinesiologist offering in-person sessions in Tamworth NSW, as well as online appointments if you’re located elsewhere.

Having discovered Kinesiology through her own personal health journey, Felicity was deeply drawn to its ability to help uncover the underlying cause of symptoms and issues, as well as it’s profound ability to ease stress and create a sense of calm and clarity.

Felicity’s Kinesiology sessions are grounded in a calm, intuitive, and compassionate approach. She creates a supportive space where you will feel deeply listened to, held, and guided as your body reveals what it needs.

With a truly holistic approach that honours each person’s unique experience, Felicity draws on her Health Coach and Yoga training to offer a nurturing environment where you can reconnect with yourself and your body in a gentle and supportive way.

Whether you’re seeking relief from physical tension, emotional support, nervous system regulation, or simply a space to pause and reconnect, each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

The word Soma comes from ancient Indian traditions, where it was linked to vitality, nourishment, and the connection between body and mind.

Today, in holistic and somatic practices, Soma refers to the experience of being connected to your body — feeling more aware, balanced, and in tune with yourself.

Soma can be understood as a state of balance where the body feels supported, the mind feels calmer, and you feel more grounded overall.

This approach guides Felicity’s Kinesiology sessions, helping you reconnect with a greater sense of calm, balance, and wellbeing.
