Yoga with Felicity
Felicity completed her 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2010, and has also undergone further specialised training in Prenatal Yoga and Yin Yoga.
Felicity’s interest in yoga began in her late teens when she went to the occasional yoga class with her mum. In her early 20’s, she began attending regular yoga classes for the relief it provided her body and mind after sitting for long hours in her office-based job. Yoga was also incredibly supportive during all 3 of Felicity’s pregnancies and births, and continues to be one of her favourite self-care tools as a busy mum.
With a background predominantly in the Hatha and Iyengar styles, Felicity has been fortunate to have learnt from various influential teachers. Felicity also enjoys practising Zen Ki Yoga which is based on the Japanese Shiatsu healing system. More recently, Felicity has developed a deep love for Yin Yoga.
Felicity’s varied experience and learning over the years is what she brings to her classes, with the ultimate intention of guiding her students to experience a calm and balanced body, mind and spirit through the practice of yoga.
Felicity teaches weekly yoga classes at Tamworth Yoga and is also available for private individual and group sessions on request.
