This varies from person to person. Generally it is recommended to follow up with a session 2-4 weeks after your initial appointment. Ongoing sessions will depend on what issues you are working with. Some people like to have regular balances as part of their self-care practice, while others are working with a particularly stressful or chronic situation that requires regular support. Sometimes just one session is enough. This can all be discussed at the end of your initial appointment.

Loose comfortable clothing is recommended.

The Soma Kinesiology clinic space is located at Level 1, 143 Marius Street, Tamworth. Sessions can also be conducted online via Zoom if you’re not local to Tamworth or prefer to be in the comfort of your own home.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required or a late cancellation fee of $50 will apply.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded.
